Beloved husband of Sandra (nee DeNardo); loving father of Christine (Todd) Triller and the late Salvatore “Sam” Melant; cherished grandfather of Audrey, Charlotte, and Logan; devoted son of the late Edward and the late Jean Melant; brother-in-law of Bruce (Vicki) DeNardo and Jacob DeNardo; dear brother of many; fond uncle of Nicholas (Monica) DeNardo, David DeNardo, Jacqueline DeNardo (Zach Pierce), and Sarah DeNardo; great-uncle of Vincent and Lucas DeNardo. Beloved pet Brownie. Member of AVMRA Chapter 7 “Director” and Toys for Tots. Visitation will be held on Sunday; January 19th from 2:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. at Kerry Funeral Home 7020 W 127th St. (Palos Heights). Monday; Visitation from 8:30 A.M.-9:15 A.M. with procession to St. Gianna Parish 10233 S. Central Park (Evergreen Park) for 10:00 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Private.
