Carol R (Scalise) Mastre

Carol Mastre (nee Scalise), Age 80, passed away peacefully on Wednesday; December 18th at home surrounded by her family. She was proceeded in death by her parents Sam and Dorothy Scalise. Carol was a loving wife to the late Sam Mastre and a devoted mother to Michalene Mastre. She was the beloved sister of Thomas Scalise, John Scalise (Ret. CPD), and the late Lori Scalise. Cherished aunt to Stacy (Joe) Scalise, Tiffany (Donald, CPD) Scalise, John Jr. (Zena) Scalise, and Thomas Scalise Jr. Adoring great aunt to Alexis (Brandon) Logan, Kaitlyn DeFoe, and Ivy Grace Logan. Her love and devotion to her family and those closest to her will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Friday; December 20th from 8:30 A.M.- 11:00 A.M. at Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home 544 West 31st Street (Chicago). Chapel Prayers at 11:00 A.M. followed by procession to St. Jerome Croatian Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 A.M. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
