Beloved husband of the late Lori; loving father of Samantha (James Panczuk) and Anthony; cherished grandfather of Ruth Panczuk; devoted son of Geraldine and the late Antonio; dear brother of Josephine (Peter) Laco and Danny (Diane) Giglio; cherished brother-in-law of Lisa (Ralph) Ceja and Leslie Egan; fond uncle of Vinnie and Alex (Kelley). Visitation will be held on Wednesday; April 30th from 3:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. with a Chapel Service 7:00 P.M. at Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home 544 West 31st Street. (Chicago). Interment Private.
