Heraclio Ortega, 56, passed away Sept. 10, 2021.  Loving father of Rosalinda Cora (Maria Gerena), Louie (Diana Gonzalez), Juanita Ortega (Angel Rivera), Ricardo and Laco Ortega; beloved partner of Taisha Courtney and adored father figure of Malik, Destiny, Deshonna, Dekhia and Ray; cherished grandfather of Anthony, Jasmine, Louie, Rosalinda, Juan, Angel and Rocky and many more; devoted son of Heraclio and Jovita, nee Valadez; dearest brother of Juan Manuel Rodriguez (Maria Esther Becerril Sarachaga), Lili Ortega, Jesus Antonio Ortega, Flor Villaseñor (Jose Juan), Arnulfo Ascari Ortega (Ari Ortega), Julian Ortega, Merli Ortega and Yajaira Contreras (Stephen Contreras); fond uncle and great uncle of many.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 17th from 9:00 A.M. until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon at Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home, 544 West 31st St., Chicago. 

Interment to follow at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Stickney.
