John “Jack” Thomas Hillock, age 93, U.S. Korean Veteran, longtime resident of Bridgeport. Beloved husband of the late Marlene (nee McCarthy) Hillock; loving father of John “Jay”, James (Nancy), and the late Tom Hillock; beloved son of the late James Baggett Hillock and the late Veronica Gertrude (nee Melone); cherished Papa of John (Dana), James (Alyssa), Michael, Katherine, Marlee, Paige, Morgan, Ben, and Angelina; proud great-grandfather of Leo and Grace; dear brother of Mary (the late Robert) Doyle, the late Charles, the late James, the late Raymond, the late Patricia Fendler, the late Gertrude (McNamara), Theresa Brown, and the late Jean Schuld; fond brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
