 Beloved wife of the late Charles R; loving mother of the late Wesley (Fran), the late Walter, Wayne (Patty) Fisher, Charlene (Mike) Gustafson, the late Ted Sams, the late Tony Sams, Larry Sams, Tommy Sams, Gary Sams, Patty Sams, and Esta Lee Sams; devoted daughter of the late Daniel and the late Nannie Johnson; cherished grandmother of Wesley Jr., Michael, Siara, Robert, Wayne Jr., and D.C. Carr.; proud great-grandmother of  Kataleya, Kaidon, Zyair, Zariah, and Kaliyah; dear sister of four siblings; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday; January 13th  at Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home 544 West 31st St. (Chicago) from 2:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Tuesday; Chapel Service at the Funeral Home 10:00 A.M. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
