Robert L Allen

A one-of-a-kind man, beloved husband of Rosie (nee Doria), loving father of  the late Matthew Allen, Samantha Allen, Andrea (Jimmy) Glennon, and Robert Allen; cherished Papa of AJ Glennon; For those who don’t know, Bob was the inventor of The Brake Releaser—a passion project he poured his blood, sweat, and more than a few swear words into. He was so proud of that invention—but not nearly as proud as we were of him.

Bob was also a man of faith. He believed in Jesus, trusted in God, and didn’t mind reminding you that God had a plan—even when he wasn’t totally sure what it was. His faith wasn’t flashy, but it was steady, sincere, and showed up in how he loved people, how he forgave easily, and how he never lost his sense of humor—even when life got tough. The lives he touched and the stories he told (some true, some probably true) will live on for generations. Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday ,August 8th from 3:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.
