Beloved wife of Carlos Cornejo; loving mother of Lorena Ortiz, Rey Ortiz and Gina Delgado; devoted daughter of the late Henry (the late Catherine) Ortiz; cherished grandmother of Adrian Gonzalez, Tanya Sternal, Justin Ortiz, Lauren Ortiz, Jaden Ortiz, Christian Delgado, Ariana Delgado, Jasmine Delgado and Angel Peña; proud great-grandmother of many; dear sister of Henry, Hector and Irasema Ortiz; fond aunt of Alisa, Henry, Rachel, Kate Ortiz and Veronica Ortiz. Visitation will be held at Holy Grounds at St. Paul Catholic Church 2127 W. 22nd Pl from 8:30 A.M.- 9:50 A.M. followed by Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 A.M. Interment St. Casimir Cemetery.
