Steven Anthony Smeltz, age 18, passed away unexpectedly on February 14th in Chicago, IL. Born on November 8, 2007. Cherished son of Stephanie M. Bajic and the late Anthony L. Smeltz; beloved grandson of Steven (Teresa) Bajic and Louis (Donna) Smeltz; proud nephew of Steven Tellano, Samuel Bajic and Rachel Smeltz; loving cousin of Rainah, Ryan and Jameson. Steven was a friend to everyone he met and has a vast, loving network of friends from all different walks of life. He will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will be held at Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home 544 W. 31st St. (Chicago) on Tuesday, February 24th from 3:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. Interment Private
