Loving father of Kristina, Tommy, Amanda, Samantha, Christopher, Brittany and Gina; beloved son of the late Melvin Dockery , Dorothy (nee Sansone) Dockery-Slavik and Mike Slavik; loving grandfather of 7; dear brother of James (Kimberly nee Murray) Melvin, Vincent and the late Gina Latta; fond uncle of many. Memorial Gathering will take place on March 27th from 2:00 P.M.- 8:00P.M. at Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home 544 W. 31st St. Chicago, IL. Interment will be private at St. Mary Cemetery.
