Zvonko "John" Brezak

Zvonko "John" Brezak, beloved husband of Ruzica "Rosa", nee Uremovic; loving father of Daniel (Mary), Meri (Ron) Fohran and John (Denise); cherished grandfather of Adam (Maria), Sydnie (Justin), Carl, Marc, Eli, and Nate and great-grandfather of Charlotte; devoted son of the late Ladislav and the late Dragica Brezak; dearest brother of Ljubica and the late Stejpan, Drago, Branko and Stefica; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.  

Friends and family will meet at St. Jerome Croatian Catholic Church on Saturday, February 3rd for visitation from 9:30 A.M. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M.  Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17 Chicago, IL 60601.
