Anton Mlinarich

Anton Mlinarich, 72, born in Croatia, passed away September 22, 2020.  Beloved husband of Danica, nee Jureta; loving father of Danijela (Blair) Sandberg and Lucy (Filip) Filipovic; cherished grandfather of Nikola, Lourdes, Gabriel, Magdalena, Matej, Rafael and Mihael; dearest brother of Ivan (Vesna) and Ana Tusek and brother in law of Ivan (Vesna) Jureta and five others in Croatia; fond uncle of Igor, Ante, Zrinka, Josip, Domagoj, Ivana, Romana, Tammy, Adrianna and many nieces and nephews in Croatia.

Visitation Friday, Sept. 25th, 4:00 to 8 p.m. at Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home, 544 W. 31st St., Chicago.   Friends and family will meet Saturday, Sept. 26th at St. Jerome Croatian Church for Mass at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Croatian Franciscan Fathers, 4848 S. Ellis, Chicago, IL 60615.

With the slow re-opening of businesses due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the visitation will be limited to only (50) people at a time. All visitors entering the funeral home are required to wear a face covering. Due to the number of people who would like to pay their respects, we ask that you make your visit a brief one in order to allow all who would like to attend a chance to do so. Once you have exited the funeral home, we ask that you depart immediately so there are no gatherings outside of our facility.
